Version 2.0. Terms of use for FLIXX and FLIXX Ads
1. Status and Scope
- This Agreement covers the website, ads dashboard, mobile apps, and related services.

2. Definitions
- User, Account, Content, and Ads Dashboard are used in their standard meaning.
3. Registration and Access
- User is responsible for accurate profile data and account credentials.
4. Service Functionality
- Feature set may change over time for security and product evolution.
5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal content, abuse, spam, fraud, and unauthorized access are prohibited.
6. Content and License
- User keeps ownership of content and grants non-exclusive license for service operation.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
- Operator may apply moderation and enforcement actions.
8. Electronic Communications
- In-app confirmations are treated as user actions.
9. Platform IP
- Platform source code, design and branding are protected.
10. Liability and Limitations
- Service is provided as is; user remains responsible for legal compliance.
11. Platform Role in User-to-User Transactions
- FLIXX provides a platform and is not the seller in user-to-user orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.
12. Business Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Order and payment statuses are shown based on user actions and payment provider data.
13. Payment Methods and Platform Fee
- Available payment methods and fees are displayed in product interfaces and related documents.
14. Changes
- Operator may update this Agreement.
15. Claims and Disputes
- Claims: tesaev.aslan@yandex.ru. Disputes are governed by Russian law.
